If you are a state-licensed health care professional (e.g., RN, MD, RD) or recertifying IBCLC and you successfully complete the course (obtaining at least a 60% grade on the mock exam), but fail the IBLCE exam in the same year as taking the review course, we will refund your course registration fee. Breastfeeding Outlook is not responsible for any travel or hotel costs.
Instead of a refund, you may choose a free registration for the next year's Lactation Exam Review in the same city you previously attended (guaranteed space), or in one of our other locations (as space permits).
This guarantee is not transferable

Only written cancellations received prior to the cancellation deadline (see brochure) are eligible for a refund; no refunds can be issued after that date. All refunds are subject to a $75 administrative fee and will be issued within 30 days of the receipt of written cancellation. Substitutions are allowed, but please notify our Registrar at 703-787-9894 as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that a program is canceled, Breastfeeding Outlook will refund the registration fee in full, but is not responsible for any travel, hotel, or other costs you may incur.
