Money-Back Guarantee
If you are a state-licensed health care professional (e.g., RN, MD, RD) or recertifying IBCLC and you successfully complete the course (obtaining at least a 50% grade on the mock exam), but fail the IBLCE exam in the same year as taking the review course, we will refund your course registration fee. 2010 course participants, submit verifiable proof of failure to Breastfeeding Outlook along with your state license number or certification number no later than December 31, 2010, and we will refund the course registration fee you paid. Breastfeeding Outlook is not responsible for any travel or hotel costs.
Instead of a refund, you may choose a free registration for the 2011 Lactation Exam Review in the same city you attended in 2010 (guaranteed space), or in one of our other 2011 sites (as space permits).
This guarantee is not transferable.
Cancellation
Cancellations are subject to a $50 administrative fee when received prior to the regular deadline. No refunds can be given after the regular deadline. Substitutions are allowed, but please notify the office at 703-787-9894 or review@breastfeedingoutlook.com as soon as possible.
Locations, dates, and other details are subject to change. In the unlikely event that the program is cancelled, Breastfeeding Outlook will refund the registration fee in full, but is not responsible for any travel or hotel costs you may incur.
Attendance
On the first day, registration will begin at 7:30 AM. Instruction will begin at 7:45 AM and end at 5:30 PM. One hour will be allotted for lunch on your own, and there will be morning and afternoon breaks. The second day will follow much the same schedule. Learning will begin at 8:00 AM, lunch will be on your own, there will be morning and afternoon breaks, and adjournment will occur at 5:30 PM. Once you've completed all course requirements, you will receive your certificate of achievement. Certificates will not be distributed until 5:30 PM on the last day of the seminar. No exceptions will be made. Please plan your travel accordingly.
